The Brook 2 is a high airflow heat, light and exhaust bathroom unit. It comes in a compact 2 heat lamp option as well as a larger 4 heat lamp option. The Ventair Brook 2 features 2 275W instant infrared heat globes, a modern energy efficient flush mounted LED light and powerful 360 m3/hr extraction.

The Brook is easy to install, comes with an energy saving back draft stopper and is easy to clean. It comes with a 2 year in home warranty and 1 year parts warranty.
